Sprout & Co in Dublin

Sprout & Co. serves up creative yet healthy salads and bowls using fresh, local ingredients. I have seen few (no?) restaurants like it in Ireland, though their concept reminds me of other restaurants I love (and haven’t yet reviewed—oops) in the U.S., Canada, Spain, and Italy. Today, I had the chicken Sataysfied (sp.?) bowl, which the friendly server said that customers order more than any other item. I could eat here every day if I lived in Dublin, and I would encourage you, too, to try it if you’re looking for something fast, healthy, and reasonably priced in Dublin!

Perfect for lunch. There is a lot of variety in the menu so you are sure to find something you like. Menu is seasonal, so you get fresh produce of quality. Portion is really great, really makes you full, and the price is really reasonable.

The food was amazing!! The staff are always polite and incredibly nice!!! The only thing that I will change is the temperature at the store, I was a bit uncomfortable doing my order. Hope they fix it!! ❤️ thank you for the food
