Sprout & Co in Dublin

Let's extend our thanks to some of the people who work at Sprout Exchequer for their excellent service: Kezia, Paola, Jesus, and Dah (I think that's the pronunciation). Wonderful service!

I’ve been to Sprout several times to eat, and I can honestly say that, besides the food, which I absolutely love, there’s such a lovely vibe among the whole team that makes the place feel really welcoming and cozy. I’d especially like to highlight Paola, who has always treated me so kindly and greeted me with a big smile every time she has served me. Her warmth and friendliness really make a difference. Definitely one of my favourite places to eat!

I came here spontaneously and was completely satisfied. The food was freshly prepared and the portions were generous, so you definitely won't leave full. There's a nice seating area both inside and outside.

A small but pleasant place with very friendly service and delicious food. We especially appreciated Jesús's attention; he gave us great advice on what to order.

visiting from Italy and needed some healthy food after a few days here... what a discovery!!! If we had Sprout in Milan I think I'd just be broke... (middle eastern chicken bowl + potatoes add-on in the pictures)

Our first visit to Sprout & Co was absolutely fantastic. We had never been before, so when we mentioned to the lovely member of staff that we were still deciding what to order, she was incredibly patient, friendly and helpful. She took the time to explain the menu and recommended adding the potatoes as a side, saying they were one of the most popular items. She couldn’t have been more right! My husband chose the Chilli Peanut salad bowl, I had the Tokyo bowl, and we shared the potatoes. Everything was fresh, full of flavour and absolutely delicious. The potatoes were a real highlight—we were hoping to recreate them at home! We enjoyed it so much that we even bought the Sprout & Co recipe book after leaving. We’re not sure whether we’ll be able to get the sauces in England, but we’re definitely going to try making some of the recipes. Sadly, the potato recipe wasn’t included! We noticed there are a few Sprout & Co locations, but the team at this branch really stood out for their excellent customer service. Friendly staff, healthy, flavour-packed food and a brilliant first experience. We’d happily come back again for lunch whenever we’re in Dublin. Highly recommended!

Fresh, tasty and lower floor is always nice

First class food - fresh and delicious. Wonderful taste, fresh herbs. Not like any other saladbar. It was yummy😄

Visiting from the US and needed a tasty, quick and healthy meal. This was SO good and the employees were lovely and so helpful! I hope they come to the States!!

Complete salads, both in quantity and quality, at a reasonable price.
