Sprout & Co Baggot Street in Dublin

Thank you so much to Maria and the staff for cheering me up after a horrible day! Can't recommend this place enough.

I ended up here by chance, overwhelmed by the variety of choices, it was almost a headache! But the food turned out to be excellent: fresh, beautifully combined, and with portions much larger than expected. I enjoyed it so much that I dined there two nights in a row. On the second night, I even took a salad for the next day, and it held up well, making for a great lunch while working. I just wish they had a branch in London!

At this point, they are my favorite go-to restaurant.

Today I went to Sprout for the first time, Bruno very friendly and attentive helped me choose the salad Chicken Taco, I love it! I will come back more often.

I always enjoy my salads in this Sprout. I find them tasty, large, great quality and customisable with options that can accommodate any mood I may be in in that day. I like that they change their specials often. Service is fast and always nice. When the weather allows for it it's great to be able to eat outdoor.

Best salad around this part of Dublin in my opinion, lots of colour too - tasty food!

I went to eat something healthy and was surprised by the quality of the food. Laia served me and she is a lovely girl, very friendly and pleasant at all times. She recommended the Salmon to me and I loved it. If I go back to Dublin I will go back. Thanks Laia

Food looked really good, but ended up being ultra salty. Took us a few hours to drink alot alot of water to recover from the saltiness.

Had high hopes, but the overuse of pickled ingredients and overly sour ingredients such as lemon rice destroys the taste for me. It would be nice to have some neutral or sweeter tasting bowls, not everyone likes such sour, teeth-dissolving dishes. Also, portions could be a bit bigger. The service is great. The atmosphere could be improved, again, overly loud electronic music - please play some relaxing music instead. It’s a lunch place, not a night club. Edit: I decided to give this place a second try and ordered their sataysfied chicken bowl. Unfortunately, this one also turned out a disappointment. Overly salty satay sauce combined with somewhat sour ginger dressing (why combine two distinct sauces?) Pickles removed as I’m just not a fan of mixing pickles into dishes, as they should always be served on the side. The ingredients here seem good quality, but the combinations just don’t seem to work for me. Overly salty or overly sour sauces, strange flavour combinations, industrial setting with long wobbly benches (sometimes dirty) and ridiculously small cutlery (only forks provided - very clumsy to use for the types of dishes offered) This seems to me as a glorified salad bar run by students instead of trained chefs, not worth it to be honest. The service is positive, though, and the concept has lots of potential but needs to be executed better.
