Sprout & Co Baggot Street in Dublin

Thought I would give this place a try. Would definitely recommend. Staff helpful on what to select.

I went here a few times last July, but I still dream about the food. The spicy bean taco bowl is amazing, I’m considering visting Ireland a second time just for that.

This is the best Sprout and Co in the town! Definitely recommend their delicious and fresh salads. Also super friendly service!

I ended up here by chance, overwhelmed by the variety of choices, it was almost a headache! But the food turned out to be excellent: fresh, beautifully combined, and with portions much larger than expected. I enjoyed it so much that I dined there two nights in a row. On the second night, I even took a salad for the next day, and it held up well, making for a great lunch while working. I just wish they had a branch in London!

At this point, they are my favorite go-to restaurant.

Today I went to Sprout for the first time, Bruno very friendly and attentive helped me choose the salad Chicken Taco, I love it! I will come back more often.

I always enjoy my salads in this Sprout. I find them tasty, large, great quality and customisable with options that can accommodate any mood I may be in in that day. I like that they change their specials often. Service is fast and always nice. When the weather allows for it it's great to be able to eat outdoor.
