Walked past here and smelt amazing so had to walk back and get something to eat. Food was delicious, could see it being made in front of you. Wish there was on this restaurants in Birmingham England.

Sprout is a great place for a healthy meal. The salads are always fresh and made right in front of you, with really tasty combinations – not just the usual basic salads. I also love that they use paper bowls and paper forks, which is great for the environment. The staff are friendly, and overall it’s a really nice spot if you’re looking for something fresh and healthy. 🌱

The BEST place for salads. I personally always get the in my words, taco salad and its the high of my day. Amazingly fresh food and happy staff. Really really worth the money.

Experienced my first taste of ' Sprout' twice this week on a short stay in Ballsbridge. Lovely warm and inviting interior. Immaculate! Staff very customer focused and explained all options available. Food not only healthy, but delicious with portions to suit all pockets! Sprout are lucky to have such a top class Manager. In fact any business would be fortunate to have him! One of the best l have met in a long time. He knows both his staff and customers! Looking forward to returning in the future.
