The charred cauliflower amazed me-- it's my favorite Perfect Bite ever, and the crudo and Basque cheesecake were also delicious perfection! Thank you for welcoming us so close to closing time and for sharing stories of Mimi and more 😊You gave us a wonderful memory of Dublin. ♥️
