Felt very welcomed by the 2 employees who were working hard at serving people and cleaning out the restaurant. Drink was made perfectly and employees were smiling. A 5/5 in my Starbucks book.

21/05/2025: I've been coming here for 4 years about 3 or 4 times a week, the staff here are lovely and so kind. Today there's been a violent incident that the security guard yelled at a young mother. This was clearly an act of racism. It was very disappointing to see that this individual created a disgusted atmosphere in this lovely coffee shop.

O'Briens

07/10/2025: Disappointing service. It doesn’t cost anything to smile or be remotely friendly. Very cold service.
01/10/2025: The pepperoni sensation bagel is delicious here. I've ordered it in other O'Briens but they just don't do it as well as Nassau does. Service is good too, workers are friendly and usually seem to be in good moods.
