Beautiful member's club in the heart of the city. Interesting architecture. The ceilings are very detailed- I love those. I've been invited in by a friend of mine a few times, so I've tried the restaurant, the bar (most recent visit), and the outside seating area (last summer). The restaurant was exquisite- it's so very posh that I felt like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman. Not that I was unwelcome by any stretch, because the staff are ever so lovely and humble - I just mean that it is definitely posh enough for posh people. 😆 The bar was also fabulous- great selection. My friend and I got chatting to a very interesting bunch of people who recommended an art club to us. The bar has many nooks and there are lots of places to go if you don't want to socialize, but if you are open to socializing, the main bar seems like the place to be. Very cozy with the fireplace. There's another fireplace around the other side for those who seek solitude. Artwork fills the rooms. Each piece with a story that can be told. Last summer we had wine in the outdoor courtyard- lovely spot. It's amazing to have such a private courtyard with such tranquility right next to the hussle and bussle of St. Stephens Green- hard to believe the quiteness! I often meet my friend for shopping on Grafton St so when we come in, a member of staff in the main hall takes all of our bags leaving us free to explore the building. The bathrooms, or should I say powder rooms, are colourful and quirky. Everything is spotlessly clean. There are interesting historical pieces scattered around the building. The staircase is a masterpiece itself. The staff are amazing, curious, kind and very supportive to my friend, who is a member, encouraging her to join in the hobby event nights, which she did and enjoys!

Another great dinner, overnight and breakfast in the Club just before Christmas thanks to Ray, Bronagh and the great team there.

A private members club, so you have to know a member or be a member of a club with a reciprocal agreement to get in here. It's a charming and friendly place with excellent food and large comfortable bedrooms. It has a convivial bar and reading room. An oasis of calm in the heart of bustling Dublin.

Very nice private club in heart of Dublin. Great location for a private function.

I have Dee Jayed here for weddings many times over the years and always a wonderful night in the card room though the bar is in a separate room still able to get a good atmosphere going and the music doesn't have to be so loud so guests can stay chatting and dancing in the card room. Staff are very friendly and helpful and a great location .
