Every staff member we came in contact with was very courteous and professional. Very conveniently located, within walking distance of several sites. The room is NOT air conditioned, though advertised as such, but not by their fault, booking agent error I believe. The room was clean with coffee/tea, station. No refrigerator to keep drinks cold, water bottles supplied, but not cold. Restaurant food was delicious. Bathroom had no hair dryer outlet, or exhaust fan. Free wifi a steady plus.

There was only one lift working during our stay and you could hear doors opening and closing from my room but overall a pleasant stay

Very comfortable hotel, nice spacious room, central location, convenient to public transport links and convenient car parking. The Reception and Restaurant staff are really helpful, friendly and professional. I can certainly recommend the Maldron at Smithfield for a city centre break in Dublin.

Staff were really welcoming and supportive, nothing was a problem.
Room and bathroom were spotless and bed really comfortable, we had a great sleep.

Stayed at this hotel last night for the first time. I had a very late check in and was greeted with welcoming smiles at the front desk. I had made an error with my online booking and the 2 members of staff on the desk, a male & female (unfortunately didnt get their names) were so kind and helpful to me & helped to remedy the situation. It was much appreciated. They consulted with the manager on duty who was just as friendly so I couldn't rate the staff highly enough. Rooms were immaculate, beds very comfortable. Also compliments to Cliff in the bar, well suited to his job, chatty & friendly.

Staff took great care of me after a rough travel morning and did everything they could to make sure I had what I needed while I awaited check in time. Room was beautiful, and I had a great view overlooking the Square.

Very friendly staff. The rooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. The breakfast was very good with many options.
The location isn't great; it's relatively far from Dublin city centre, and the area isn't very nice.

The room was really clean and comfortable but the heating is via water radiators and the water system can be annoyingly loud.
Breakfast buffet was good, plenty of options and the staff were very friendly.
