Staff were really welcoming and supportive, nothing was a problem. Room and bathroom were spotless and bed really comfortable, we had a great sleep. Will definitely come again.

Stayed at this hotel last night for the first time. I had a very late check in and was greeted with welcoming smiles at the front desk. I had made an error with my online booking and the 2 members of staff on the desk, a male & female (unfortunately didnt get their names) were so kind and helpful to me & helped to remedy the situation. It was much appreciated. They consulted with the manager on duty who was just as friendly so I couldn't rate the staff highly enough. Rooms were immaculate, beds very comfortable. Also compliments to Cliff in the bar, well suited to his job, chatty & friendly.

Staff were amazing and very accommodating. Very helpful staff and didnt even charge when i went a little overtime on my checkout time due to medication. Amazing hotel and staff. Robert at the front desk is a star

Staff took great care of me after a rough travel morning and did everything they could to make sure I had what I needed while I awaited check in time. Room was beautiful, and I had a great view overlooking the Square.

Very friendly staff. The rooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. The breakfast was very good with many options. The location isn't great; it's relatively far from Dublin city centre, and the area isn't very nice.

The room was really clean and comfortable but the heating is via water radiators and the water system can be annoyingly loud. Breakfast buffet was good, plenty of options and the staff were very friendly.

Everything was pretty good, except only 1 of 2 elevators was working. Breakfast is expensive.

Perfect Accomodations, The rooms were very comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful. Automated systems if the reception is busy. Safety access, all in room amenities. The breakfast was delicious the girls in the dining room were gracious and helpful. Wide range of hot food, excellent quality, fruits & yogurts w/all the toppings. Pastries and breads teas and juices & coffee bar. Just get the breakfast. Thank you Good neighborhood 10 min walk to o'connell and shopping districts. Train access. Playground in the courtyard outside.

The hotel has a truly excellent location—close to the city center, with most of Dublin's major attractions within walking distance. A small square is located opposite, which at first glance seems like a big plus. Unfortunately, the reality is worse—the area feels neglected, full of homeless people and intoxicated people, and the square itself, instead of well-maintained greenery, resembles a dumpster rather than a place to relax. This definitely affects the perception of the location, despite its undeniable convenience. Regarding the hotel's standard, in my opinion, it doesn't deserve a four-star rating, especially considering the price, which is definitely "four-star." The rooms themselves are comfortable—the beds are comfortable, the linens are clean and fresh—but everything else leaves much to be desired. Visible dust on the shelves, damaged and occasionally moldy silicone in the bathroom, and stains and neglected window treatments are all things that shouldn't be found in a hotel of this caliber. Additionally, the lack of attention to detail and general wear and tear of the property are evident in many areas – there are exposed wall plugs in the hallways, unfinished or makeshift finishes, and the elevator control panel is mounted in a rather odd manner. Throughout our three-day stay, one of the two elevators was out of order, which was also inconvenient. In summary, the stay itself was comfortable in terms of location and bed comfort, but the appearance and standard of maintenance of the hotel definitely fall short of expectations for a four-star hotel.
