Amazing service from Danielle and Paola! I was served this afternoon by Danielle and Paola, who were incredibly friendly and attentive. Even though the place was busy, they showed care and kindness not only to me, but to everyone around them. It is rare to find such warm and professional service. They definitely made my visit even more special. I highly recommend them!

I've ordered there multiple times already- both just popping in when I'm around the area as well as ordering in advance for the parties etc. Every single time without fail, the food and cakes are amazing, they keep the standard high. There are a couple of comments about a service that is not up to a standard - that hasn't been my experience, the service was always very good, only encountered very nice people working there, everyone I dealt with both in the shop as well as when ordering through WhatsApp Prices, especially for the cakes, are very reasonable for the quality they offer.

After a morning of visitations at a local hospital, I stopped by SugarLoaf Bakery and Pastry Shop—what a comforting find! The atmosphere and staff were welcoming, and the selection of Brazilian treats was both authentic and delicious.

Wonderful! And it's a Brazilian paradise! I take a 1:30 minute bus ride just to eat EVERYTHING! Especially the coxinha😮‍💨

I have been a customer since they opened and in my opinion, this is the best Brazilian bakery in Dublin due to their AMAZING service! The women working behind the counter do an excellent job balancing so many demands while giving exceptional service every time! I honestly don't know how they do it! They are kind, professional, patient and super friendly! It really makes all the difference! Every time I have someone visiting I bring them to Sugarloaf and they are always so impressed with the service! Great spot!

It's expensive—the products are pricey and the taste doesn't always justify it. The environment is nice, clean, and the service is friendly. We ordered the "xis" on a plate and the regular "xis." They were good (although the bacon was very hard) and nicely presented, but nothing that justifies the high price. On the other hand, the pastry sold at the counter was old; the dough was hard.

It may even have the best Brazilian bread but the service gets worse every day, you get there and there is the attendant who only thinks about eating, every time she is asking what the others are going to eat and there are the others who are super arrogant in the service they want to rush the customer and I have seen and it was not just once that they were impatient in the service with "Non-Brazilians", I have already ordered a cake that came with problems in the icing, embarrassing at the time of the congratulations. Anyway, here is my opinion, it may be the best bakery but the service leaves something to be desired!
