I've used this Supermac's drive-thru many times, and unfortunately, every single visit has had something missing from my order. It's especially frustrating when I'm picking up a large order for the whole family, as there's almost always a burger, chips, or sometimes even a full meal missing. Mistakes can happen, but when it's every visit, it becomes a real issue. My advice to anyone using this drive-thru is to always double-check your order before driving away, as it's much easier to get missing items sorted before you leave. I hope management addresses this, because it's otherwise a convenient service.
