I was passing by super value today so I decided to go infor a look.it had been 50 years since I crossed the door when it was Super quins and I was pleasantly surprised to see what a wonderful shop it is you can bye anything and the staff were absolutely amazing. Definitely will be back.Realy enjoyed my visit.

I was with my wife today at the SuperValu bakery. I met this lovely young lad named Carl he was very helpful and he helped me pick what he said as his favourite and the most popular cakes. I bought a lovely Victoria sponge and 4 cream cakes all beautiful presented. Carl told me that an another young lad named David made it and next time I’m in I’ll be shaking his hand it was a lovely cake. Thank you to both Carl and David for both excellent service and excellent baking. Definitely recommend

Updating my review today 2 April 2026 to positive 5 stars: I went to this branch today and it was a much more pleasant experience than during the time of my complaint and one star review that I gave 3 months ago. The staff were more professional, friendly and willing to be helpful. I noticed a black woman on the floor not sure if she was a manager but she calmly was directly the staff to help move queues, help customers etc. I did not get her name that is why I am using her race to describe. It was such a positive experience and I thought it was important to share this feedback so SuperValu Knocklyon can keep doing what they are doing. My previous one star review below 👇 I have had two bad customer service experiences here physical and online shopping. The online shopping experience is still pending refund of €20 since 22nd of December 2025. The staff Michelle was unpleasant to me when she spoke to me on the phone. I have escalated the matter and management is unresponsive. I suspect racism is also an issue at this branch and I need confirmation from other "non-white, Irish" customers even foreign staff to share their experience.
