Still sitting at the table, writing this review with a big smile on my face, the service was wonderful from beginning to end. The food? Oh my god, the food! My friend loved the ramen. And I loved my dumplings and my takoyaki. Delicious, rich in detail, a thousand out of ten! Millions! Trillions! 10/10
The miso soup and salmon sushi were absolutely delicious. Great quality and good price.

Really nice meal serviced nice and quickly, good service and its byob for €6 corkage. Recommend the fillet beef skewers and the Tori Kare Age chicken. The California rolls and chicken katsu rolls were also great.

Probably the best sushi I’ve had in Ireland — honestly, 100/10.
Shushida in Rathmines has been my go‑to restaurant since 2022, and for good reason. Their ramen dishes stand out as some of the best in Dublin — each bowl is full of depth, flavour, and care. I recently ordered their matcha dessert and was genuinely impressed by how delicate and delicious it was. Beyond the food, the hospitality here is exceptional. The team always greets guests warmly, and the manager in particular is wonderfully friendly, thoughtful, and attentive. She is very lovely. Shushida delivers both excellent food and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere.

Ordered the Nogoya set for takeaway and they give such generous portions! Great quality sushi at a good price. Will be ordering from here more often—I can’t believe this was my first time trying this place. Even the rolls had generously sized tuna, which is something I can’t say for most places in Dublin. 10/10 no notes!

It is my favorite Sushi spot in Ireland for good. The sushi was fresh and good. I recommend getting the Spider Roll, Ebi Tempura Masago Roll. They were delicious.
