Sweet Besil Chinise & Thai Rest in Dublin

Recently visited Sweet Basil in Romford and was genuinely impressed. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The food was the real highlight—absolutely delicious! Portions were generous, and everything arrived hot and fresh. You can really tell they use quality ingredients. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Just been to sweet basil this weekend and I have to say what a hidden gem. Food was excellent, arrived on time and was hot a fresh. I was really happy with the service and this is the place to go. Hidden gem in romford.

Lovely food, good prices. Bought here for 30 years. Sad that they now ask for the Just Eat Code number. No I dont kive in a House of Multiple Occupation (HMO). Sadly I will buy from another place in the future.

Wow, i mean just wow, I had a great pleasure yesterday evening, i placed a £150 take away order by phone. The food was fantastic, the flavours were exquisite, everything was so bold, The customer service was absolutely excellent, a family member had specific requirements which the team at Sweet Basil not only fulfilled but they ensured it was separate. Thank you Sweet Basil i will be back next week!

I have recently moved from Reading to Romford and this has hands down been the best Chinese takeaway. The food is all halal, fresh and always delicious.

Regularly order beef chow mein from here, good flavours. Have also tried their Kung Pao Chicken which is also good. Their salt and pepper wings are nice too. Singaporean fried rice and special fried rice are yummy too.

I went to today at morning food was really amazing. Customer service was excellent .I had Singaporean special fried rice.

ordered and was sent the food within 30 minutes and piping hot. lovely service and very tasty food! would recommend!
