We were walking to the Guinness factory and heard music here so had to go in for a couple pints. They had a special with a toastie and took advantage of that. Chatted with a couple local boys and listened to music. Was sad to leave but had to make our tour.

Awesome place, our bartender Ezequiel from argentina was amazing. His cocktails like the Irish coffee was very good, my wife love it. He made us feel right at home.

On a random Wednesday night - a proper session was going on as I turned up at 8.30 - great music. The Guinness is great, and the Beamish is too - and at a reasonable price (below €7 a pint).

17/07/2026: Great pub, great atmosphere and staff are friendly and chatty. Loved the place, will come back again when I'm in Dublin next time.
16/07/2026: Did not eat but beautiful pub would highly recommend, great location just before the madness of the city on Baggot street junction before the bridge. They have tall tables, regular tables, booths and an outdoor smoking area upstairs. Really friendly manager/owner/doorman,barmen they have very respectful and professional staff who really know their locals but are also very friendly to strangers 🥰Has a charming lil piece of history for any one who's interested, the have created a Brendan Behan snug/corner where you can sit & enjoy a drink where he used to💚🤍🧡💚🤍🧡*I would say very family friendly but maybe not on big match days😃

12/07/2026: What a beautiful gastro pub. Warm atmosphere and good food in a great location.
11/07/2026: Went during lunch and place was empty, selected on menu was small, food was nice but nothing special, as prices increase and it wasn't cheap I think food quality should be better.
