Food is great, good portions and the staff are always lovely. It's been really popular since coming to Artane, and only getting busier as the weeks go on. Parking for collection is getting tricky - proof of how good it is.

07/11/2025: 8A is the jewel in the crown of the many Monkstown restaurants because its family owned and ran . Donal always has a warm welcome for his guests and the food is to die for, we highly recommend the Bruschetta, fish of the day and Banoffi pie we return many times over the years. It’s also has a great room upstairs for groups of up to 50 for family events as well as live music . In the summer a great place to sit outside and admire the best view in Monkstown .

14/11/2025: Tasty food with a great variety of Ethiopian dishes. Would recommend the mix of multiple dishes to try as much as possible.
