Tamakin Sushi in Dublin

Newly opened sushi restaurant. Pretty small. Seems to be family business. No interior. Hard to find. Card payment doesn't work. Orders from just-eat aren't going through. But the food quality is just fantastic. Hope they will invest more time and achieve a great result with their business

No doubt one my favourite restaurants, every single time I place an order the staff is always extremely friendly and provide a good quality meal, just today my order was about half an hour late and the driver apologised profusely and I saw that 3 extra desserts were added to my meal as a sorry. The customer service here never goes unappreciated and I have never been in a restaurant that appreciates its customers more. 10 stars if possible :)

Okay so, I LOVE Tamakin, I'm vegetarian and I *adore* their food. The customer service is great and the staff are wonderful! However, I'm only giving four stars, as any time I've ordered for delivery (both week night and weekend and multiple orders for delivery) it's taken more than an hour to arrive and never arrives within the time slot allocated. Now I live about a 10 minute drive from tamakin, so I don't really know why this happens, but it's never here when they say it will be. However the staff do get it fixed as soon as I call, and the food always arrives hot and fresh even with delays. So I do highly recommend these guys for sushi, but would definitely suggest collection where possible as that is always prompt!

Everything was great but the sauce was too much on the beef rice we ordered, and it was salty so that I didn't take photos, the sushi was good though 😉

I get the Tamakin Futo Maki, the one with prawn tempura, its delicious. My favourite spot for sushi. AND they are so nice, great customer service, I had a problem once and they gave me extra in my next order, even though I had been cranky, sorry 😄 highly recommend this place.
