20/09/2026: Joining The Movement Studio is one of the best choices I've made in a long time. I'd always looked at them from afar and seen them online, and when I got the chance to join, I wanted to work on more gymnastics and calisthenics style skills. That's where I discovered Straight Arm Strong, which is honestly the most fun you can have as an adult, IMO. I've been going to Straight Arm Strong and the handstand classes every Saturday morning for almost a year now. The strength I've built and the skills I've learned have made me see my body and what it can do in a completely different way. And the classes continue to challenge me in the best way. On a Saturday you'll find people of all ages, levels and backgrounds in the room, and it makes for such a lovely mix. A huge part of what makes it so good is Andy and the rest of the coaches. They are incredibly knowledgeable, welcoming and friendly that support you from day dot with whatever you're working towards. It's one of the most welcoming spaces I've ever trained in. I've made so many friends here, and walking in on a Saturday is genuinely the highlight of my week. And the coffee is just the cherry on top. Joining The Movement Studio is the best thing I've done in ages, and I'd recommend it to anyone, whether you're brand new to training or chasing your first handstand.

06/09/2026: Small classes well-run by excellent instructors who give personal attention. Plus, no faffing around. Love it.
