I had the pleasure of photographing a wedding at Tankardstown House Hotel last Friday, and I can’t recommend it enough! It’s a fantastic spot for capturing beautiful wedding photos. The staff and management are super friendly and professional, making sure everything runs perfectly.

It was such a pleasure to shoot a beautiful wedding at the beautiful Tankardstown House!

Where to begin with this stunning venue! From the day we drove up that picturesque drive for our viewing, we knew instantly this was the venue we were going to get married in. From that very day, we were in communication with our wedding co-ordinator Sarah who was thoroughly helpful throughout the planning process right through to the final preparations. We had lots of questions throughout and she was always more than helpful and accommodating. Every staff member we had the good fortune of dealing with over the last couple of years have been absolutely phenomenal, from the door staff, the driver, bar staff, waiting staff, reception and restaurant staff - each and every one of you have been exceptional customer service professionals and made every interaction a positive one. Right up until the day we left the venue the morning after our big day, we couldn't believe how wonderfully helpful all staff were. We are more than aware you facilitate weddings almost every day of the week, but you somehow made us feel as though we were the only and most special wedding you had catered for. Our guests were absolutely raving about the generous portions of food on the day and how tasty it was. We had opted for the beef and salmon with baked alasks for dessert which was also a favourite amongst our guests! The venue itself speaks for itself, from the estate sitting rooms, to the beautiful orangery and the exceptional guest bedrooms, every square inch of this property is breathtaking. We couldn't have picked a better venue for our special day and our guests still can't believe how unbelievably stunning Tankardstown House is. Thank you for making our dreams come true!

We had an excellent meal in the restaurant. Very high quality food and very good service.

We attended a wedding and stayed in one of the Stable rooms, a short walk from the main house. The venue was fantastic. The wedding was marvellous and the level of service from staff was 1st class. The irish coffees served on arrival were top notch. The rooms were well prepared and comfortable with good appointments. The breakfast served the next morning was again excellent. Along with the staff serving it.

Go for the afternoon tea...its'simply amazing. I'm a coeliac and it can be quite awkard to go somewhere for this without it been an issue, not here, Breda, Sinead, Lucy and the 2 guys on duty made it a most memorable experience...we come for the last couple of years at Christmas time and it just gets better and better....thank you guys for a very lovely day yesterday we had the best time...
