The food was excellent and the service was great. I ordered an Indian dish and honestly didn’t expect it to be that good — it was a pleasant surprise!
Even though I didn’t have a reservation and it was Easter Sunday, the staff were very accommodating, which I really appreciated.
Been here on two occasions for Sunday lunch and believe me when I tell you you’d travel to find a better Sunday lunch. Food is outstanding, the roast beef in particular is amazing. The place is brilliant, very homely and staff are fantastic and very friendly
Had a nice meal for six. The seafood chowder is filling and tasty. The brown bread was very good. The lamb shank was very tasty and I was really glad I ordered this dish. Others had the sirloin steak and salmon options and thought they were good. Tiramisu dessert was large and very nice too. I ordered a milk coffee not realizing it was a pot of coffee mixed with hot milk. Just remember there's a difference between coffee with milk and milk coffee. Service is friendly, quick and attentive. Will definitely return as the food is very good value.
