Amazing venue for a gig intimate like the Olympia

Very friendly and attentive staff - maybe it's because I'm from the US, but I've never seen dedicated staff members roaming around the crowds to wipe up spilled drinks or pick up empty cups. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because as a shorter person (5'2"), I couldn't see the stage, only other heads, even though I was in a raised area on the side. There were rather obnoxious lights pointed straight at us too which didn't help with visibility. Thankfully I was there for the music instead of visuals so my experience wasn't ruined and it wouldn't stop me from going there again.

I didn't like that the entrance to the balcony was closed. And immediately after the concert everyone was kicked out. Even the musicians were not allowed to communicate with the public.

Went to see Carly Pearce on Friday 28th Feb. Fabulous concert in a fabulous venue. Staff were helpful and friendly as were the clientele. Had a lovely night. Will definitely be back.

Awesome venue for gigs! Also a few metres from the O’Connell (green line) and Abbey street (red line) Luas stops.

Decent concert club, well equipped, good sound, comfortable size, good bar.
