We stayed at the hotel over the weekend and really enjoyed the room — it was clean, comfortable, and the location was excellent.
However, a few things let the experience down. There was no bottled water in the room (something most hotels provide as standard), and the in-room phone didn’t work, so we had to call reception using our mobile just to ask for water.
Most disappointing was how we were treated after checkout. We paid €175 for our stay and wanted to use the relaxation and spa area before leaving, but were told that since we had checked out at 12 noon, we were no longer considered guests and couldn’t use the facilities.
We’ve stayed in other hotels before where using the spa or leisure areas after checkout was never an issue. It felt unnecessarily rigid and unwelcoming. We’d already vacated the room and weren’t taking up any space — it would have cost the hotel nothing to allow us that bit of relaxation before heading off.
Instead, it gave off a clear “we’ve got your money, now move along” vibe. It really soured the end of what had been a nice stay, and we left feeling disappointed.

Good hotel and really enjoyed our stay, short walk to the train station and tram service and overall most attractions in Dublin are less than an hours walk away anyway. The area surrounding the hotel didn’t quite match how nice the hotel was but overall it wasn’t a terrible location. I’d happily stay again.

Location was great. Close to the station or the tram/bus. Walking to the city centre is also definitely possible. Apart from the location, we didn't have a great experience with our stay.
We had a room on the fourth floor. It was always 26 degrees and when you turned on the air conditioning you couldn't sleep because of the noise. Sweating at night, even though it wasn't really warm in Dublin. If you didn't sleep because of the heat, then because of the noise in the hallway or your neighbours. You really hear everything...
Also a little water and tissues in the room were missing and I personally think that's a must.
They could also work on the hygiene aspect. The hair from the previous person was still in the bathroom and there was also dirt spread all over the room. Toothpaste on the wall.
Finally, we didn't think the breakfast was worth the 15 euros. We went to breakfast at 8am and things were simply not replenished, not even when you asked for it while you can have breakfast until 10am. (eg overnight oats)

A great hotel!!! We are thrilled!
The double rooms are of normal size, have a great shower and, most importantly, the mattress is very comfortable. The technology is digital. Pleasant.
The reception, the bar and the other rooms are very atmospheric and well laid out.
The breakfast was Irish and absolutely delicious.
All employees were absolutely friendly and helpful at all times. We can only warmly recommend the hotel.
We didn't book the spa area.
the premium club rooftop patio was nice. They had a coffee, espresso machine and Continental breakfast included. Nice area with comfortable chairs
Rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Sheets in the bed were nice
Hotel was staff was nice and friendly. We're accommodating with problems I had
Cold & Disgusting Jacuzzi 😭 25€ extra per day. I requested a refund. Spent all of 30 seconds in the pool before I had to leave. It was so filthy
Location boasts next to train station, which it is. What they do not mention is the train tracks literally runs through the hotel. You can hear and feel the train all night. The lobby is literally the archway below thai train tracks
Hotel boasts high tech accommodations what they're talking about is the lighting and controls to electronic blinds in the room. I found them slightly annoying and not worth the extra price
You were required three keys to get to your room. Get to the dining canteen and get to the spa gym area. It was slightly annoying. With the key card to the premium rooms only worked for the premium lift, you could not use the regular lift to get to your room Even though the lifts were right each other

Highly recommended for a short trip to Dublin.
Very clean. The beds could really use new mattresses.
Breakfast is not that sparkling. For the money you get better breakfast.
