The Address Connolly in Dublin

Only here for 1 night On arrival was greeted by Nicola and he barely made sense. Sorry buddy but please slow down. But embarrassed to say can you repeat everything you said. The room is big. The bath won't drain.....ive tried and tried. Black hairs around the sink. Overlooking a car park and the road noise is horrific. All wondows shut and the room overnight turned into a sauna. Now thats it. The rest was fine but a premier inn dumps on this from a great height.

Sadly, not the experience I was looking for as I found multiple issues of which, some definitely needs addressing. Chief amongst the issues were the noise from the outside. Whilst it's great to have the hotel situated next to the railway station, it wasn't so great when I kept getting awaken by the noisey diesel trains roaring in and out of the station, or the noise of contractors equipement whilst engineering works were being carried out. What also further made sleeping difficult for me was, the use of very soft pillows. I know pillow comfort is an extremely subjective matter and is always going to be hard to get right, but that for me wasn't comfort at its best. That, together with the noisey neighbour i.e. the railway station, made my stay not so memorable. Lastly, the bathroom could benefit with a moveable shower head instead of just a fixed one overhead. Nevertheless, setting the negativity a side, given that if I were to have a room the furthest away form the station, I'd still say th rest of the hotel was still good. It was extremely clean, the staff in the front desk were friendly, and the housemaid was the just loveliest, joyful person I came across. Now the question remains for me to ask is, would I be returning here or recommending the friends and family as a place to stay? The answer that is, I'm going to have to really think about that one.

Directly across from Connolly station,tad expensive,but Fab decor ,great smoking area

Really delighted with this hotel. When we arrived there were several people at the reception who spoke our language. They checked us in very quickly, and when we got to the room we were very shocked by the strong smell of tobacco, we went down to the reception and they moved us to the room immediately. Throughout the stay, all the staff have been very friendly and wonderful, always helpful in helping you order taxis, recommending where to eat/dine depending on the style they had, they even looked for what you needed if you brought your own food to the room. The day we had to leave the room there was a big storm and our flight was cancelled. The hotel staff let us stay in the room for several more hours at no cost and then they kept our suitcases so we could go eat quietly before leaving. to the airport to take the return flight. In the mornings room service came and they left your room spotless, and the hotel was always super clean and smelled great. Thank you for the pleasant stay you made us have. Congratulations!!

Can't fault this place, possibly the best hotel I've stayed in when visiting Dublin.. I will be using The address hotel from now on when I'm in dublin.

Clean room, clean bathroom only the gym kinda misses content :)

Beautiful hotel, great location, but it is the staff who make it brilliant, so friendly, attentive and helpful. Loved my stay here and will definitely be back.

Very good location, nice comfortable rooms

Very nice stay overall, good staff who listened to every need and provided solution to complaints, good location with Connolly station and lúas close by, nice breakfast and spa option although temperature in hydrotherapy could be warmer. We stayed in a club room which I felt was a very small room for the price paid it was hard to manoeuvre around the room with more than one person, strawberry add-on was also a disappointment and not as pictured.

The Address Hotel Connolly is very well located, close to the city center (10 minutes walk from Temple Bar). The staff is very pleasant and friendly, attentive, attentive and smiling. The hotel is magnificent, decorated with great taste, and very comfortable: the Lounge offers a comfortable rest area with a lovely view of the buildings. The room was very large, the bed giant and comfortable, the equipment functional and practical. The breakfast is very generous and varied, again in a pleasant room with a warm atmosphere. This is one of the best, if not even THE best hotel that we have had the pleasure of trying. We will come back!!!
