The Address Connolly in Dublin

Very nice stay overall, good staff who listened to every need and provided solution to complaints, good location with Connolly station and lúas close by, nice breakfast and spa option although temperature in hydrotherapy could be warmer. We stayed in a club room which I felt was a very small room for the price paid it was hard to manoeuvre around the room with more than one person, strawberry add-on was also a disappointment and not as pictured.

The Address Hotel Connolly is very well located, close to the city center (10 minutes walk from Temple Bar). The staff is very pleasant and friendly, attentive, attentive and smiling. The hotel is magnificent, decorated with great taste, and very comfortable: the Lounge offers a comfortable rest area with a lovely view of the buildings. The room was very large, the bed giant and comfortable, the equipment functional and practical. The breakfast is very generous and varied, again in a pleasant room with a warm atmosphere. This is one of the best, if not even THE best hotel that we have had the pleasure of trying. We will come back!!!

Location and overall hotel were great. Louisa at the front desk was super helpful. Breakfast spread was great, bar service was quick. I checked in after the hotel had been closed for three days due to the holiday. First room I was given was not clean. Dirt, grime, red wine stains on the desk under the TV. Stains on the duvet and someone had drawn on the bedstand with pen. My new room was cleaner. Still had stains in the carpet and black ink stains on part of the duvet. The real kicker was that the toilet leaked urine onto the bathroom floor. I did not notice at first but then caught the smell of raw urine after I showered. I noticed it under the toilet. Housecleaning came in, cleaned it. The next day the same thing happened and on the day of check out I watched the leak spread under the toilet. The rooms on the 7th floor reeked of cigarette smoke and my colleagues had to move. There was a wonderful view from my room on the 8th floor.

Isabel was a wonderful help, did everything she could to make our stay FANTASTIC!!!

Had lovely stay at this hotel, the rooms and general ambience is amazing. The food in the restaurant was also great. Special shout out to Chucks who was really attentive and helpful.

The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because of the builders working after 10 30pm.

Seduced by the photos seen on the site, then by its location, I did not hesitate long before making my reservation. First enchanted by the hotel lobby, unique and setting the tone: warm atmosphere, as well as the staff, helpful and welcoming, we found ourselves in our room, spacious and comfortable. The train tracks are not far away, but once in the room you can't hear it at all. The breakfast is up to the standard of the hotel, and the Irish breakfast is excellent. Coffee too, by the way ;) Last point, the SPA area is very nice, and we find an atmosphere similar to that of the lobby, namely cocooning and soothing. I recommend without hesitation.

The Adress is located in a sketchy part of town if you are a walker. Bums sleeping on the streets, the rail is sketchy as well when the conductor comes on and says BE CAREFUL WE HAVE PICK POCKETS ONBOARD over the load speaker. Thank you for that info by the way. It is not really close to any food other than pub food. The room was ok after getting moved. The club rooms are ok. Bed is ugghhh, the view what a joke. Again a tour group so you get the house crap. One would think you would like to get 5 star reviews from 80 plus people for your rooms but you give us the basement rooms. The porter well he was a great I would post his pict but won't. He was very helpful. The food was so so. Again a tour group so what can we expect. A maybe Again but not where it is located for a traveler to navigate at night without someone with you and a big person at that. I would say it's a ok place not no 4 or 5 star that's for sure.

Beautiful hotel...there was 2 faults there was dust over the headboards and a light kept going on n off all night under the press between the single beds...but other thn tht Beautiful place very friendly...Will deff stay again..
