The Address Connolly in Dublin

We loved the hotel for its location, cleanliness, staff, breakfast buffet, services, everything. If I had to make a complaint, it would be the lack of adapters for clueless tourists like me who did not realize that the plugs are not like those usually used in Spain. For the rest everything is thanks.

The location is very close to the Spire, around 10 minutes walk. The room is very nice and has A/C which can be quite loud but does provide cold air since the room gets quite warm on it's own. if you pay for breakfast included, the food is quite good and the service is excellent. it has a nice modern style and very comfortable bed. Cleaning services are usually in the morning, but other than that. I was very satisfied for the four star hotel.

Service here is on point. This was booked for me by an incompetent tour company, and my further incompetence landed me in their lobby at 8am after landing at 5am. Their check in time is 3pm. Whoops. They allowed me to leave my luggage in a secure location with them and moved mountains to allow me to check in at 11:36am as soon as a room was clean. The location is right by two train departure points, and has great food itself. The rooms, beds, pillows were all very clean and lovely. Easily one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The curtains are automated and the room is rather high tech actually.

The Address at Connolly was excellent. It’s a beautiful hotel with many amenities. The hotel room was modern, comfortable and impeccably clean. The staff were exceptional, they were very helpful and friendly. We had arrived a couple hours before check-in and wanted to leave our bags so we could go out. Instead of leaving bags, they allowed us to access our room early, which was a huge relief after a long day of traveling. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed for work, lovely spa and staff especially Eoin on front desk and the gentleman from Brazil who helped me move rooms as I needed a quiet space for work. 10/10 can’t wait to come back.

We enjoyed the location, the room, the deep tub, bathrobe and slippers. Most of all, we appreciated the Reception Staff team, especially Jamile and his colleagues. I accidentally left a special hat in the wardrobe and they found it and posted it for me from the GPO. Now that's great customer service!

Service & all the staff are simply the best! Highly recommended!

No me gustó la habitación: justo al lado del ascensor, sofocante, el olor a comida persiste, las vidrieras dan al pasillo donde la gente espera el ascensor. Sólo hay una ducha de lluvia (no extraíble), la puerta es vieja, cruje por la noche, no está bien. La limpieza es buena. Desayuno para un amante de la cocina inglesa: salchichas, morcilla, tocino, tortitas con sirope de arce y mermelada, yogur, pero nada de verduras. Hay obras en la carretera frente al hotel, ruidosas y polvorientas.

Great place. However the doors for the rooms close very loudly and the windows do very little to dampen the noise from outside making this not the best option for light sleepers. If improvements were made to these couple of things it would be a solid 5 on all points.

Das Zimmer ist groß, es fehlen leider immer so Kleinigkeiten im Zimmer, zb. Becher für Zahnbürsten oder mal Stift mit Papier. Zudem ist es mäßig sauber, das Bad könnte besser sein, es liegen manchmal Haare in der Wanne und die Toilette geht langsam von der Wand ab. Das Frühstück ist so lala, nur das nötigste irgendwie. Für 4 Sterne, fehlt dem Hotel leider viel. Trotz allem, ist das Personal sehr freundlich.
