Fantastic food atmosphere and staff couldn't ask for more would definitely stay again

Very nice hotel right on the river. You can do everything by walking from here. Great location, the rooms are clean and quiet. Check in is at 3 but you can leave your things if you arrive earlier. The radiators are a little hotter than they should be. There is no fridge in the room for some snacks unfortunately.

Had a really good time here during "The Heritage Trail"

Highly recommended. The best thing about this hotel is its location. You literally cross the river and Temple Bar begins. The hotel, while nice, could use some renovations (for example, the bathrooms). The staff is very friendly, especially the Spanish guys who work there 😊. The breakfast is very complete. I would definitely return 😁.

Both of us were asked for ID on check in ( eventhough it was already booked and paid for by the person i accompanied.Thought this very strange.Never happened anywhere else we stayed.Food in bar was fabulous.Rooms very nice and warm, could do with more tea, coffee and milk in rooms.All round good enough experience otherwise.

The hotel has an excellent location, and the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. It would be beneficial to note that there is no minibar in the room, and guests from mainland Europe should be aware that power sockets differ from standard European plugs, so adapters are required (we didn't consider that). Another unusual feature for us was the separate hot and cold water taps in the bathroom sink, which made it somewhat difficult to almost impossible to adjust the water temperature 🌡️. Overall, the hotel is a very pleasant, charming, and authentic Irish property with a strong traditional atmosphere.

Recently organised a work party at this hotel, and everything was fantastic from start to finish. Ashling was incredibly accommodating during the planning stages and made the whole process so easy. On the day, Mags was wonderful—everything was perfectly organised and ran smoothly. The venue itself is lovely, and the Christmas decorations created such a warm, festive atmosphere. Great value too! We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended.

The central location is definitely perfect.
