His knowledge of Irish whiskeys was unmatched. He walked us through several varieties, explaining the subtle differences and helping us find the perfect pour. You can tell he’s truly passionate about what he does. Between the atmosphere, the service, and the expertly crafted drinks, it was a dram good time indeed! Highly recommend stopping by for anyone who appreciates great whiskey and even better company. 🥃
