The Bakery Temple Bar in Dublin

This is a real place for real people. Great scones, excellent coffee, nice muffin. We were so pleased that we decided to get lunch to take away. The sandwich bread is excellent, and they make a mean bagel. All of the above for under 20 euros. This place is top notch.

Real bakery (you will find Dubliners doing the shopping), which offers the possibility of eating inside, even for breakfast. Few tables, but there are benches just in front. Lots of choice of both sweet and savory. Great prices, friendly owners. You can pay with cards.

I’ve been to bakeries all over the world for breakfast during my husband and I’s travels. By far the best bakery we have been to!!!

Wow! We came here based on a couple good reviews and we were not disappointed. The service is friendly, the location is authentic, and the pastries are simply amazing!!! We enjoyed a great cup of coffee/cappuccino and a couple savoury pastries. We will definitely be back and wish we would have discovered this gem earlier during our stay in Dublin. It was easily one of the best places to eat in Dublin. Everyone was extremely friendly and the food was very tasty!
