The Bank on College Green in Dublin

Amazing place, great food.. wonderful evening!!

So nice we went twice! Stopping by with colleagues for a drink was just as pleasant as dining in for two. The venue is busy, so adjust expectations accordingly. Prices are quite reasonable given the food quality and portions are generous. Service is exceptional and the atmosphere is some of the most charming in a city filled with lovely decor. Brave the tourists on College Green and give The Bank a try.

Food was fantastic . The service eas spectacular. The lovely girl who brought my son a cake and sang happy birthday was absolutely fantastic . Super friendly and accommodating to our needs. This place is very lucky to have such lovely staff working for them . I work in the industry myself and I must say 10 out of 10 for everything. My son loved it so much he said he wants to come back for his next bday .

The waiter was very courteous. Not pushy. Just as you'd hope.

Beautiful setting, there are even old safe doors in the toilets. I didn't eat there, just had a drink.

If you're looking for the English breakfast of your dreams, you've come to the right place. The venue, a former bank, is majestic and the food is top-notch. A must-do before visiting Trinity College, which is 500 meters away.

The Bank Bar & Restaurant ligt aan College Green Street recht over het voormalig parlementsgebouw. Het is gevestigd in een voormalig bankgebouw van de Royal Bank of Ireland . De inrichting is zeer rijkelijk met behoud van de mooie inkomhal en heel wat bank artefacten zoals de nachtkluis en de kluizen in de kelder. Bijzonder fraai gebouw waar we eigenlijk per toeval binnen gingen voor drankjes na ons bezoek aan Trinity College. Het is een zeer goed draaiende bar restaurant met zeer vriendelijk personeel. Posto molto suggestivo in pieno centro a Dublino proprio accanto al Trinity College.. sede dell’ex banca d’Irlanda . Location fantastica specie durante le feste natalizie per addobbi meravigliosi.. in primis un’enorme albero di Natale sospeso dal soffitto .. peraltro magnifico in stile liberty ma tutto il ristorante ( e’ molto più di un pub) e’ molto stiloso . Servizio amichevole , disponibile e professionale sia in fase di prenotazione che al servizio al tavolo. Enorme scelta di vari tipi di birre e pietanze in tipico stile Irish ottime .. e cucinate alla perfezione . Grandissima attenzione anche al gluten free sia per cibo e soprattutto per birra .. ne servono una prodotta direttamente da loro eccellente. Conto proporzionato all’offerta .. ma comunque molto più conveniente che in Italia a parità di livello qualitativo. Una scelta assolutamente giusta per passare una bella serata nella meravigliosa Dublino
