I had a really great time at this pub and just wanted to give a shoutout to Francesca for the amazing service. She was super friendly, good-humoured, and made everything feel relaxed and welcoming from the start. She was always attentive without being over the top, made sure we had everything we needed, and her positive attitude really made the whole experience better. I’m Italian, so I also thought it was really nice to hear that she has an Italian father — it made it feel a bit more personal. Honestly, service like this makes a big difference. Francesca is doing a fantastic job, and I’d definitely come back again because of her. 5 stars C.Z

The Bath is hands down the best local pub I could have asked for. The atmosphere is always spot on, but Beejaye is the real reason this place feels like home. The man is worth his weight in gold. We are always received with such warmth and he is consistently attentive to every detail. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and hardworking who still makes every guest feel like a VIP. Huge credit to the team, but a massive special thanks to Beejaye for being so amazing.

We had our daughter’s 1st (and husband’s 38th) birthday gathering at The Bath Pub with a group of parents and babies, and we honestly could not have asked for a better experience. From the very start, Francesca was an absolute dream to deal with—so warm, welcoming, and endlessly patient in answering all our logistical questions beforehand. The whole team made us feel completely at ease. It is quite rare to find a pub that is genuinely this accommodating to young families. The facilities are brilliant (baby changing and high chairs) and the atmosphere was so relaxed. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The other parents in our group were also saying what a nice choice it was. We have absolutely zero regrets about choosing to celebrate here. If you are looking for a super welcoming, exceptionally family-friendly spot with top-tier staff, this is it!

A really great pub! We were there before and after the Six Nations match between Ireland and Italy. Beforehand, you can't get in for breakfast without a reservation. Getting a beer in a plastic cup was no problem 😂. After the match, you have to be lucky to get a seat 😉 but if you do, it's pure party atmosphere 💚

The Long Hall

18/04/2026: We came from abroad and todays our last day honestly wish we had time to come back again tonight. Vibe super chill and local. Prices are actually very reasonable and it's just one of those places you end up loving without expecting it. If you looking for local spot definitely you should visit this bar
18/04/2026: An incredible proper local Dublin pub, a pleasure to drink in & our favourite of all the bars we tried in our short stay! Visited on a weekday afternoon after exploring the city centre and absolutely adored this special place! Quick service in a relaxed atmosphere, quiet music plays as the small chatter of tables adds to the vibes. We managed to get a booth and loved just passing the time in here. The Guinness was very nice, creamy and not too bitter and at around €7 notably cheaper than the Temple Bar area just a few minutes away, the interior is stunning with brilliant relics of beer memorabilia & artefacts dotted around the walls. Famously this is Bruce Springsteen's pub of choice when in the city and if it's approved by The Boss then you know it's good. Would've happily stayed here for hours but we were pressed for time, but will undoubtedly return here next time we are in the city, our favourite of all the pubs we visited & I can't recommend it enough if you want a taste of an authentic historical Dublin pub!
