Fantastic pub food was superb also the Guinness. Special mention for the red headed girl,I think it was Sophie.. Ultra professional and courteous young lady.. Highly recommend the establishment..

The food is beautiful and the staff is amazing especially Sophie took great care of me and my family a very nice girl and very professional overall great place to come here with the family

Lovely welcoming pub Great food and lovely pint of Guinness

1st time here. I was on my way somewhere else when I spotted they did Carvery here. Lovely busy pub with good atmosphere. Staff are friendly, attentive and efficient., a rare thing these days. I had the roast beef and it was absolutely gorgeous. The beef was melt in the mouth, the veg was cooked perfectly (root veg fully cooked and the lovely sweet cabbage left with a nice little bite as it should be) Parking on the street nearby is free after 4pm. This will be one of my go to places from now on.

Wonderful Pub! Great selection of drinks. The food is so good I've gone back several times during our visit to Dublin.

Always love eating in the Black Lion and last night was as usual fantastic . Our family of 5 all had a great experience as per usual and it was very reasonably priced for the standard of food provided ! Service was top class too and all individual requests catered for without fuss .
