Great food Excellent staff beautiful pint of Guinness well Done to all at the Bottle Rower and Pint is as good as when it was run by the original Bottle Tower staff.

Good bar food and decent selection of drinks. Hit and miss service. Atmosphere a bit less than it deserves/ quieter than it is aiming for. Good pub.

Had a nice lunch here today. Nothing out of the ordinary. I had Turkey which was nice and moist. However it came swimming in gravy, far too much. I would have preferred to have the gravy in a separate dish. Service was fantastic.

Food is always delicious, great portions & warm and comfortable inside. Unfortunately we've been served used condiment jars a handful of times, just something to be aware of so I've given a 4* for this reason. Otherwise, everything is great.

I have visited the Bottle Tower a few times, every time I enjoyed it very much. Always great atmosphere, super nice staff and service. They change some of the beer taps from time to time to give more beer variety. The food is very tasty, however, in my personal opinion, I think there is some room for a few healthy options :-), without a deepfry process or maybe less batter. Anyway, love the place, love the atmosphere, love the service.

Ruby's Pizza & Grill Point Square

22/12/2024: I went to Ruby's for a pre show dinner. I was promptly seated at a table pretty quickly and the ordering process was short, friendly and efficient. I got the wings and Ribs combo. The ribs were really well cooked and tender and juicy though I think they needed more sauce and the sauce needed more depth of flavour. The quality and the cooking of the meat made up for some of the sauce shortage😊 We also had the steak and ribs combo and the steak was very nice. The apple crumble got a thumbs up from my dinner companion though I felt cheated with my sundae. It only 4 tiny cubes of brownie so it was basically a bowl of soft serve ice cream😟 I would have like to have had more brownie in it and some chopped nuts or something to be in the same league as ice cream sundaes! A tad disappointed by it for sure. Overall I would happily go back for a meal and eat here again but will give the sundae a miss for sure!
18/12/2024: Grand. Standard place you'd fine in a shopping centre / cinema complex. I'm not sure if it is actually a chain, but it sure feels like one.
