A lovely walk in the park today capped off with a delicious toasted chicken sandwich and caramel latte. Brilliant friendly service. A little gem.

Sat on a park bench in the sun while drinking my coffee. Lovely quality cappuccino and friendly service. My dog got a treat too. What’s not to like.❤️

Didn't get anything today at the Bumble Bean, but Gwen did give me an excellent education on the business process involved in starting her coffee dock in Blackrock Park. She discussed the licensing, contract term, the fact the documentation was 60 pages long, and that DLR Coco took a quite a long time to approve the application. It was also quite onerous to complete, required Gardai vetting, a robust business plan, and the preparation if affidavits all by Gwen. All I can say is she's a friendly and strong business woman who runs her business like a business ought to be run. And all that despite the obstacles introduced by the council. A wonderful little coffee ☕ spot in a beautiful park. Ran by 2 lovely ladies who are there 6 days a week in all seasons. Lovely coffee and a nice chat. On a excellent cycle route.
