Had a great dinner at the Carriage restaurant. The chicken Caesar salad was amazing! The steak was cooked perfectly, and everything was really well presented. I also tried a salmon starter for the first time. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the staff were incredibly attentive and offered to change it if i didn’t like it. Even when we said it was fine, they insisted on making sure we had sth we really enjoyed, which was such a nice touch.
I chose it for dinner and left incredibly satisfied. The starters and main dishes of this restaurant, which I believe gives full value to the service industry, were great. I left the choice of champagne to the lady taking care of us. The steak was cooked exactly as I wanted and was delicious. Also, as a Turk, it was a very nice coincidence to encounter my country's food on the menu.
