Great nite, Great Pints & not ripped off at €5 a pint.

I don't venture out much the older I get, so with a bit, well, a lot of anxious reasoning why I should go out ( a Christmas party) or not go out I decided to out out to quote Micky Flanagan. We went for dinner close by and as surprise we went to the Chalk for a tribute vand gig. To my amazement, it was Qween my era of music. They did not disappoint tge played a huge catalogue of their hits. We overheard some millennials say why was the band doing covers. God bless their little hearts. It was a great night. If I could be critical, it would be that it's too small a venue tables and seats were scarce, and a lot of drink was spilt. Some of the staff showed contemp for the inconvenience caused and you could see them thinking damn drunks. I was with a party of 10 with 6 non drinkers, me included. I offered to clean up for my part but was demised abruptly. That was the only fly in the ointment. I will go again but be really, really early, and be like a German tourist grabbing a sunbed at 4am in the morning by placing a towel on the sunbed. In this case, jackets were placed on chairs ahaes of the gig. A small criticism, but as the company credit card holder, we spent over 300€ on drink, not include entry fee which a lot was non alcoholic so having a seat and / or table would have been nice. As I said, I had a small criticism for a terrific night. We will for sure go again.

Food is good, vide range of alcohol beverages, cocktails 🍸…. Best place to visit with friends or colleagues especially for Christmas party 🎊 Highly recommended!!! Parking available. 2 floor with tables and smoking area. I’ll definitely recommend it to my friends and will be happy to go there again.

Great night watching an ABBA tribute group, got there early to get good seats, sound was perfect, band played for just under 2 hours
