Food was lovely. Went for the bottomless brunch. Host was AMAZING. She was so accommodating and kind. Would come back for the service alone.

Went for the bottomless brunch yesterday and we all had a great time. Food was good, drinks were constant. Staff was extremely lovely and went above and beyond for us. Amazing experience

Tuve una camarera llamada Victoria que fue extremadamente atento durante nuestro almuerzo sin fondo. Ella se aseguró de que nuestras bebidas estaban recargadas y no estuvimos esperando mucho tiempo. Camarera muy amable y acogedora. Gracias por asegurar que tuvimos una tarde increíble!

I came here with a hen party and had a wonderful time. The service was the highlight with the staff being kind and attentive, the food was lovely and drinks were delicious. They accomodatate non drinkers in the bottomless brunch which was great. Everyone had a wonderful time! Definitely would recommend!

Went for bottomless brunch, the food and the service was fine. However, the drinks were actually undrinkable! Had to send some back they were that bad. They weren’t proper cocktails, just some Prosecco mixed with syrup that was too sweet. Not worth the money at all.

I had an amazing experience at the Chelsea drug mstore, I had been multiple times before, and this time the staff were amazing compared to the other times. Before me and my guest had even finished our drink, they asked us if we would like another. Any other time I had been there the staff waited until our glasses were empty. I would like to give a massive thank you to Victoria and Viola who were serving us this evening. I even asked which type of chorizo they served as it was so tasty and Victoria went and checked with the chef and promptly came back to us information the name. Amazing experience and staff altogether.

Tuve una experiencia increíble en la farmacia Chelsea, había estado varias veces antes, y esta vez el personal era increíble en comparación con las otras veces. Antes de que mi invitado y yo hubiéramos terminado nuestra bebida, nos preguntaron si queríamos otra. En cualquier otro momento que había estado allí el personal esperó hasta que nuestros vasos estaban vacíos. Me gustaría dar las gracias a Victoria y Viola que nos estaban sirviendo esta noche. Incluso pregunté qué tipo de chorizo servían ya que era tan sabroso y Victoria fue y verificó con el chef y rápidamente volvió a nosotros información el nombre. Increíble experiencia y personal en conjunto.

23/10/2025: Great place to go before concert in 3 Arena but last night ordered a spicy blood orange margarita. When it arrived it looked nothing like the picture, went back to the bar twice to 2 different bar tenders to say I wasn't happy and it looked nothing like the picture. Was told it's 'just a picture it's not gonna look like it!' very disappointed they didn't offer to remake, 2nd time bar tender said if you just want a red drink I will throw some grenadine into it but it won't taste right and won't be a spicy blood orange margarita, he threw the smallest splash in it. Long story short, Grand if you want a beer or just a short and mixer but stay away from cocktails because it seems to be a 'like it or lump it' attitude

20/09/2025: Absolutely super service, real moment of truth stuff and they delivered big and saved the night. Highly recommend the crew here. Ambience of a quiet place to eat if you're in the hotel on business.
10/09/2025: It's a hotel bar that serves food. Went for something that was on the menu online, not on the menu. Wanted a cold cocktail, no bartender on so settled for a Guinness, that someone at the bar instructed the server how to pour. Food was average and under seasoned. Atmosphere was rather blah. Server could have used a little help, and a little deodorant. (Sorry)
