The Coffee Drop in Dublin

19/07/2025: When we called to make a reservation we didn’t realize we were making a reservation for their restaurant upstairs, Asador at Lennan's Yard, which is not listed as a standalone restaurant on Google Maps, but is very much separate from the downstairs pub/restaurant. We thought it was all one place. I was a bit disappointed at first because some in our party had been looking forward to the traditional Irish dishes on the Lennan’s Yard menu, which is only served downstairs (I’m not sure if you can reserve for those tables or if they are first come first serve). We ended up having a lovely meal of Mediterranean small plates, and while it was very different from what we were expecting, it was delicious! Very fresh, vibrant flavors and great variety of vegetarian options, as well as fish and meat. If you’re looking for something more elevated than pub food with beautiful presentation, this is your spot!
