Love it here! Used to be a wine cellar! 314sqft of fun. Bartenders (Nick and Fletch!) are awesome. đŸ‘đŸŒ Gave lots of recommendations on other pubs and places to eat. Super small but everyone is friendly. Gets loud the later it gets and you have to almost yell to your mates but that’s part of the fun. I’ve come here nearly every evening of my stay and it’s been the saving grace of my Dublin trip. Thanks guys!!

Smallest pub in Dublin, must see for any visitors. Hidden gem.

Met some American tourist friends here for a few pints. It was fun! During busy tourist season and weekends I recommend showing up early to avoid lines or crowds because... well... it is small inside. But the service was quick and friendly, and we found a private booth to sit around and chat and catch up with great friends. Fun memories forever now!

My favorite tiny Pub in the world. There were 12 patrons down there and it felt busy. Very fun to venture into the depths. My pint of Guiness was nearly perfect. The baby guiness was also very fun. After a few pints and shots, the staircase was formidable, but ultimately we diligently made it to street level unscathed.

A super cute little bar with friendly staff who quickly prepare drinks. The space isn't large, so it's not suitable for claustrophobes or those with haptic phobias. We enjoyed it.

Terrific little bar in the city. Cracking pint of Guinness. Been in quite regularly lately and I find Ben and Fletch a delightful bit of banter. Highly recommend for a quiet pint or three!

⭐⭐⭐☆☆ The Dawson Lounge is a cool little spot to check out, mainly known for being one of the smallest pubs in Dublin. It’s a bit of a novelty and makes for a fun, quick experience. That said, it’s nothing particularly special beyond the size—it can feel a bit cramped and doesn’t take long to see what it’s about. Worth popping into for the experience and a quick drink if you’re nearby, but not somewhere you’d likely stay for long.

It's a very small place so there was barely standing room. Guinness was ok but not as good as several other places.

We called into the Dawson Lounge for a few drinks after having dinner in the Fire Resturant. This is a quaint lounge bar that although quite small in size is a very friendly and has a larger than life atmosphere. We enjoyed our drinks and the chat and the crack with everyone.

Also known as "Dublin's smallest pub". A very good experience! The only downside is that the toilets could use a thorough cleaning

04/05/2026: Have been here with friends and work colleagues and I have to say, the staff are really cool and helpful! The outdoor area is also a cool place to hang out and the staff kindly put the heaters on for us.

Il Fornaio

06/04/2026: hi ive been here a few times. the bruschetta is very good and the portion size is great. the pastries are really lovely and there was a certain staff member who was very helpful with the customers and very nice who was called lucille i think, blonde and beautiful. the coffee is also good. the pasta portion sizes are on the smaller side for sure but they taste good.
04/04/2026: The most amazing establishment I have ever stepped foot in; my heart yearns for this humble café since I left the city
It is as though a part of me resides there and when I am depart from Dublin’s smoky visage I am leaving a piece of my soul behind. If only I could visit this place for the first time once more, but alas, I can never return. Like an estranged lover, it remains in my mind yet far out of reach. As I lay here writing this review in the twilight of my life I reminisce on this oasis. It stands there, a lone lighthouse as I navigate the dark, volatile waters of my life.
