The Dropping Well in Dublin

Good food, friendly staff and lovely atmosphere plus parking simply a must visit, will definitely be back.

I highly recommend The Dropping Well! We recently hosted my dad’s party in the upstairs function room, and it was the perfect venue. We had a sit-down, two-course meal for around 40 guests, and the food was absolutely delicious with a great selection to choose from. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, even cutting and serving the cake we brought for dessert. The private bar and toilets upstairs added to the convenience, making it an ideal setting for our celebration.

Bit pricey but generally good food.

A real gem of a place. Ate here today following a funeral. The food was excellent. High quality, well cooked and such portions. The smoked salmon was delicious and the beef was absolutely stunning . Yes, ok OK, the two portions of apple pie hit the spot too. Highly Highly recommended

This is a freshly renovated pub with a very great atmosphere and super polite bar staff. I was just walking by, decided to drop in for a pint and I definitely was not disappointed. A comfortable experience that allowed me to sit back and relax. I definitely will look forward to my passing by again, always happy to support this business 🙌

Highly recommend this place. Not a tourist in sight, great food, clean and beautifully decorated.
