The Dropping Well in Dublin

This is one of my favorite restaurant and bar. First the staff extremely friendly and nothing a issue. food amazing. There is parking available. I love the batter fish and chips. I'll always call back. definitely worth a visit.

Nice place, we had set menu so it was decent but choice wasn't great, music in the lounge was great

First time today we actually sat in and had a meal here. I got the sweet potato gnocchi and had to be one of the nicest meals I've had. My husband got the fish and chips and the batter was lovely a and light. Staff were great and setting is beautiful, can't beat it.

This hotel is wonderful with a lovely welcome.

Hi. Just to comment that 2 of us ordered halibut last Sunday when we were there for dinner. I have to say the portion was absolutely tiny. Not great value for money. 3 small roast potatoes and a bit of brocolini with it for €30. Way way overpriced and disappointing. It was nice, but I had it gone in no time.

Very charming café on the banks of the Dodder. In good weather, you can sit in a well-ventilated veranda. I found the prices very reasonable.
