The Egg Cafe in Rathcoole

Food choice limited and was not as good as a previous visit

Met a friend here for breakfast with my 3 month old baby. Always apprehensive of eating out with a small baby but the staff were so friendly and evenly jokingly said they wouldn’t mind holding my baby while I ate when he was being fussy. I didn’t feel like an inconvenience as I have in other restaurants. I used the baby changing facilities which all mams will know are more often than not horrendous, but the changing table here was by far one of the cleanest ones I have seen. Didn’t feel like I needed to disinfect my baby after having him on it. Very very enjoyable experience.

Thrilled with my experience dining at The Egg in Avoca. They were able to accommodate significantly for my gluten-free diet, the pancakes were superb and arrived quickly. Staff are all very pleasant and attentive. The coffee was also fantastic. Will be returning!
