For an area so poorly served by good food this is an absolute gem 💎 I stopped by for lunch on a miserable monday and dispite the place being jammed (and also catering for takeaway!), I was treated so warmly and welcomed with pleasure, I would guess it may have been the owner that served me. I was given a sharing table which doesn't bother me in the slightest especially since the tables are large. I got the jalapeño chicken sandwich with a cup of soup. The the value that you get here is incredible but also the quality of the food was so lovely and fresh! I would definitely recommend it! Well done guys!

I work locally to this place and it is my Absloute favourite place for lunch. Food is always fantastic, it’s spotlessly clean and the staff are lovely. Highly recommend

06/01/2026: A nice restaurant but not necessarily Bib Gourmand quality. The gnocchi was very dense and uniform with not much variety in flavour. The guinea fowl was quite dry, although I appreciated the sauce partnered with it. As well as this, the leeks were difficult to cut with the knife provided. The tiramisu however was really tasty and I thoroughly enjoyed it. While it had a sloppy presentation, it was packed with great flavour! I also really enjoyed my cocktail and I think I'd return solely for a round of drinks, but I don't necessarily think the food lives up to the price point when compared to similarly priced establishments in the area. However, the vibe and interior is cosy and the service was to a good standard.
02/01/2026: The food is delicious, I highly recommend the fish dish. Drinks and service are also great. 10/10

31/12/2025: Lovely spot for coffee, lunch or a baked treat (try the blondies!! 10/10). Staff are friendly and efficient, especially considering how busy the lunch time rush is - the wait time is never long. Plenty of space between tables for buggies, wheelchairs etc. and dogs are welcome.
23/12/2025: Best place around to get a coffee!! We only discovered The Edge recently and to use this place means we go out of our way, but totally worth it, all the staff are so friendly, drop in and you won't be disappointed!
