The Gibson Hotel in Dublin

Nice and quiet location, cozy and large room, friendly staff, quick check-in/out and what I was particularly pleased about - a very good breakfast. Only the espresso could be improved ;-)

My daughter and I had a lovely stay here whilst in Dublin for a couple of days Christmas shopping. Had a noise in our bedroom ceiling and as the maintenance team were off that day (Sunday), the manager quickly arranged for another room for us. Had a lovely dinner on the evening of our stay and the breakfast the next morning was excellent too. Huge room, very comfy beds & well maintained. The shower was one of the best in any hotel I've ever stayed in. All staff we met were fantastic too. Looking forward to staying here again in the future

Favourite of mine....stunning view of the River Liffey....lovely big n spacious areas for everything from wine-ing to dining

Modern hotel, however rooms could be insulated better regarding noise from the outside.

Stay here for the 3 arena as its right next to it, but food is small portions and not worth eating there

The Gibson Hotel is a fabulous hotel. We had bar food. Excellent food. Excellent and friendly service. Its a busy spot. We hadn't booked a table but the staff did everything to accommodate us. Only criticism- the wing back chairs are not suitable for dining- too far from the table and for a certain age group difficult to get out of.....🙃

From check-in to check-out, every aspect of the hotel was lovely. Staff was very courteous, breakfast was great with lots of choices, and the room was very clean. Bar was nice too.

I recommended this hotel to my family who came for 4 days to Dublin. The location is convenient because it is at the foot of the tram, the rooms were clean and welcoming, you feel at home! The staff was very attentive and concerned about our satisfaction! The prices were a bit high though... But it's worth it! Be careful on concert evenings which can be a little more crowded than usual at the bar.

I can't speak highly enough of this place. We were there for a function last weekend. Food was amazing. Roman and his team looked after us so well. Nothing was any trouble and lots of smiles all round. Our room was gorgeous, spotlessly clean. Breakfast the next morning was seamless and again very helpful and pleasant staff. Will definitely be back x
