The Gibson Hotel in Dublin

Went to a gig in 3Arena stayed in the Gibson, fantastic location.

Would recommend Good: Bar was nice and spacious, nice range of drinks Great location and security too Room spacious and good facilities Rooms were nice and quite Special packages were good as well Bad: Under bed was very dusty Alot of the grout in shower was orange Scrambled egg and breakfast was unpleasant No glasses at breakfast so asked manager for them, girl who brought them down had a face of stone and completely mute. Disappointing considering all other staff were pleasant. Complimentary water in the room would be appreciated as most 4 star we stay in offer 2 bottles on arrival.

Mold in the shower stall Little a/c control. Fine to sleep in. LUAS tram right out the front door. On a tour with my son. Wife would not approve of the non draining sink the non sealing shower door or the MOLD. I'll try to add photos.

Was only there for dinner...i recommend this place for my friend's birthday and it is my 7th time having dinner there...always been happy with food and service... But not this time... I know inflation is bad...but €29 for a plain piece of salmon + small portion rice (too dry) + steam bok choi cut in half and literally sprinkle of sauce...really not worth the money...just look at the image... Seriously way over priced... I don't think I will recommend this place anymore...

We had a lovely stay in the Gibson during the week. I could not speak highly enough of how friendly and helpful each member of staff were. The room and hotel breakfast room service was certainly a highlight! And the amenities such as the relaxation area were absolutely exceptional. We will most definitely be back!

Fantastic hotel, family room was spacious and beautifully decorated, we had dinner in the restaurant, food and service was fabulous! Had lunch in the restaurant/bar, we were served by Eric, who was soo lovely and friendly, he's actually the reason we give 10 stars, he couldn't have been nicer or any more helpful, brilliant! 10 out of 10, we will definitely return, one of the nicest hotels and staff

Very comfortable, great staff, very helpful nice food.

What an amazing hotel. Friendly welcoming staff from start to finish. Rooms are very spacious and luxurious. Access to courtyard from the room was a plus. Staff in restaurant were all lovely and the cocktails were to die for. 10/10 all round.Will definitely return when staying in Dublin again.
