I had the pepper quiche with salad. The quiche was very tasty. The pastry base was light and crisp and the filling was very tasty. The vegetables in the salad were really fresh and crunchy. The staff were friendly and service was excellent. Would highly recommend Gourmet Parlour.

Went in today to get some sandwiches to go for lunch. Was an exceptional experience thanks to Chris, who made our food, and made our day. He was attentive, careful and friendly. A true artist. Will be going back and would definitely recommend a sandwich by Chris.
