I really enjoyed the soup, I'm on a lunch break so the service is very fast, you can sit outside which is lovely in the good weather. The staff are great, friendly and helpful.

Always great food and service in the graduate when we visit. The food staff are very attentive. The food itself is always quality. The wings and chicken tenders are personal favourites along with the carvery sandwich. Generally a good pint too!

If you're after a proper pub experience, The Graduate really delivers. From the moment you walk through the door, you're met with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff are absolutely brilliant, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely keen to make sure you’re well looked after. The service is spot on. Whether you’re popping in for a quiet pint or sitting down for a full meal, the team are efficient, polite, and always on the ball. You never feel rushed and they strike just the right balance between being helpful and giving you space to enjoy your time. As for the food, it’s excellent. The menu has a great range, offering everything from classic pub grub to dishes with a bit of a twist. Everything is freshly prepared, well presented, and full of flavour. Whether you’re in the mood for a proper burger, a Sunday roast, or something lighter, you’re bound to find something you’ll enjoy. All in all, The Graduate is a cracking spot with great staff, great service, and really good food. It’s the kind of place you’ll want to come back to again and again. Highly recommended.

Inn on the Green

20/06/2025: Beautiful hotel. Clean, quiet rooms.
17/06/2025: A great location, boutique style so very small rooms unless a pricey top end one. The only minuses are the smallest ever gym and no spa, also our shower did not have enough water power to wash hair. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel bar had a good atmosphere. Fairly quiet also. The 6th floor rooms have no lift for now, I suppose it was coming at some point.
