Spent just €40 for 2 starters and a side and whiskey sour. Food was really good. Service was attentive - shout at to Moises.
Of note mail meals head toward €40 each so a meal for 2 could easily go through €100.
Airport hotel restaurant so atmosphere is muted.
We're staying here at the Maldron hotel to catch an early flight, and so had dinner at their restaurant. Hotel restaurants can be pretty mediocre, and I'm happy to say that this was not the case.
The service was friendly, and accommodating. For example, my daughter is vegetarian, and our server happily conferred with their chef, who made a dish similar to one of their menu items, but with tofu and vegetables (that this non-vegetarian found to be delicious.)
We had a variety of selections. I got the Irish fish chowder with brown bread (sort of a national dish here), my wife got the grilled artichokes with potatoes and vegetables, my daughter got the salmon, and my other daughter got the aforementioned noodle dish. All were well prepared. Their desserts are also fantastic. We got the apple crumble and the strawberry sundae.
Special shout out to our servers, Moises and Conor who provided excellent service.
