The perfect place for the Metallica Fan zone to be in. Whiplash played, they were excellent. Metallica Karaoke 🎤 I think a new thing has been invented. Great atmosphere 👌

Amazing!!!!! We had a total blast at the metallica fanzone .Keiron rocked the place to the foundations at the metal club. He was class , a REAL metal Maestro!! we haven't moshed like that in decades!!!! Had a great chat with him afterwards Totally recommend this venue to all rock fans 👍 As Arnie said, " I'll be back"

Went here for Dream Ivory! Lovely small gig venue with a bar inside. The actual venue is not inside through the main pub!!! It is behind the building, so good luck finding it.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An absolute gem for music fans in the heart of Dublin! We stumbled upon The Grand Social quite by accident – ​​and what a lucky coincidence it was! Since Metallica were playing in town that weekend, the club had been set up as a special fan zone. At first, we thought it was just a commercial event space, but we were way off: everything was incredibly thoughtful, well-planned, and designed with great attention to detail. At no point did it feel like a purely commercial mass-market operation or that they were just trying to rip us off. Quite the opposite! The place has retained the charm of a truly authentic, genuine Dublin pub. The atmosphere is incredibly friendly, a little quirky, funny, and simply cozy. Huge praise is also due to the staff: the crew behind the bar were incredibly funny, warm, extremely friendly, and absolutely attentive – you immediately feel welcome and like you're among friends. ❤️ ... Musically, it was absolute heaven for us. Rock and punk are lived and celebrated here in all their brilliant facets. You can immediately tell that true music lovers are at work here. On top of that, there was freshly tapped, wonderfully cold beer that tasted simply fantastic. We also particularly liked the outdoor area: there's a clearly designated smoking area where you can sit down, have a smoke, and just take a breather or chat without feeling like you're off the beaten track. The best part is that the club regularly hosts such fantastic themed days, fan zones, and special events. You can easily find out in advance what's coming up. There's always something on offer for everyone who's into metal, hard rock, heavy metal, or punk. If you're in Dublin and looking for great guitar music, an authentic atmosphere, and a great time, you can look forward to an unforgettable day or evening here. We'll definitely be back!
