The Hare's Corner in Mountmellick

Had a delicious lunch there today. Great portions and hot. Warm and cosy too. Definitely recommend this for lunch

Was really surprised to step inside this cafe. We were tired of meeting in the filling station and paying for over priced coffee in paper cups.. great food and comfort at good value.

I recently started working for a company with a depot in Mountmellick and my boss took me here for lunch on my first day. I can't honestly say if it's the best restaurant in town, as I've come back here for lunch every day I've been back up and haven't tried anywhere else! This is due to the great food, friendly staff, cosy atmosphere and convenient parking. Keep doing what you're doing folks! 😋👌

This is the cutest place. Always loved it. Great for a family dinner. Always came her with my mother before she passed, and still go with family occasionally now. The staff stick around for a long time and are always the most friendly people. The only negative thing you could ever experience is maybe a baby crying - but a few years ago with my kids I’m sure I was the one causing it 😂😂 The place itself is so rustic and cozy. Barely away from the main town of Mountmellick. Part of the reason I always say Mountmellick is great for food.
