Had a lovely breakfast after my first time dining in the hazel house after a walk in the mountains. Had a lovely vegetarian breakfast and coffee which was more than palatable :) I will be back again :) nice location up in the mountains :)

My sister and I came across this gem after a 10km trek around Ticknok. Enjoyed a lovely cajun chicken sandwich and flat white. Staff are very friendly and service was 100%. Highly recommend this gem. Very quirky spot.

We had a delightful breakfast here this morning to kick off a one-day road trip around the Wicklow Mountains. The food was gorgeous, the staff were so friendly and helpful and really went above and beyond (shoutout to the guy who introduced us to some animals, we didn’t catch your name but you made our day!) Highly recommend - what a lucky find as tourists in the area for the day!

Hidden away in the hillside is this delightful little cafe filled with rustic farmhouse trinkets and tasty sweet treats. The atmosphere in this space is alone worth the drive up into the hills. Taking a seat in the warm little cabin after having been out in the bitter cold wandering around Ticknock fills you with a sense of comfort and coziness. Indulge in a wee coffee and a pastry to give your day that little lift it needs. Now over the weekend this spot can get pretty busy. The staff are lovely but understandably with all those people coming through the door things can get hectic. Plan your trip accordingly to try avoid the brunch time rush. Overall if you want a cute countryside coffee in Dublin, this is the place to go!
