The Hive in Monaghan

We only had coffee/tea and a scone. All very nice and friendly. Alle the salads in the vitrine looked so fresh but we sadly had to move on before trying and tasting them all. We will be back.

A lovely little spot that my partner and I visited for breakfast. It was quiet and the staff were quick to serve us. The breakfast menu has a nice collection of breakfast stables with something for everyone. We each had a Pancake Stack. Mine with Berries, Compote, Greek Yogurt and Honey. My partner's with Bacon, Maple Syrup and Pecans. The Coffee was good and fresh. Would definitely recommend this spot and we will certainly be back again.

Must try in Monaghan!I love it here, food is always very tasty.Staff are friendly and up for a chat which you struggle to get places now ! The salad bar, you get nowhere in town and why it’s my number one place to go for lunch. Can’t wait to try breakfast here one time! Can’t fault it . If you’re in monaghan you must go .
