Life-changing! I suffered for years from very debilitating mouth ulcers - tried everything but without success. Finn recommended Vitamin B1. I was a bit skeptical but tried it. Complete transformatin. I thought it might be a blip but six months later - it's still holding. It's transformed my life and I'm incredibly grateful. I'm a firm believer in science as well as nutrition and I think the Hopsack and Finn has a good balance of both. Finn was lovely to deal with and really knows his stuff. Recently bought the chefs homemade granola and a couple of tubs of açai and I was seriously impressed. Most delicious granola i ever had and I'm totally obsessed with the açai. The best thing is I can make my own açai bowls at home now 😋 lovely shop, slightly expensive but worth it!
