I ordered spelt flour and was deeply touched by the whole experience. Every step of the process — from dispatch updates to the handwritten note with my name — felt personal and intentional. I know others likely receive that note too, but it still felt warm and real. It’s rare to feel like a human and not a transaction these days. I really like The Hopsack in Rathmines - their space is used well - visionary range of organic food, supplements, and more, makes me want to support a local shop like this. I'm gluten intolerant & I LOVE that they stock Pain De Fleurs organic crackers made from chestnut flour (and other options). My first-world issue is that they're so tasty, friends & family poach them on me even though they're grand on gluten! I'm v budget conscious by necessity but I find I never regret purchases like this, money well spent health-wise. I get the money back in other ways - products with great ingredients help me not to crave sugar! Another produce of theirs comes from Wicklow - low carb wraps with flax, grated apple & carrot. Hard working helpful staff!

I discovered the Hopsack store in Dublin and I am absolutely thrilled! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and Samara recommended products that have really helped me de-stress. The store is a gem and the guys who work there are amazing. Plus, the coffee and smoothies they make are amazing! A wide range of good organic and vegan food.

I went in just for a browse but left with a great coffee grinder after a recommendation from Finn. I had been looking at another grinder online for a while that was over €100 more expensive so I’m thoroughly happy with the help I got from Finn and the information he provided!

Life-changing! I suffered for years from very debilitating mouth ulcers - tried everything but without success. Finn recommended Vitamin B1. I was a bit skeptical but tried it. Complete transformatin. I thought it might be a blip but six months later - it's still holding. It's transformed my life and I'm incredibly grateful. I'm a firm believer in science as well as nutrition and I think the Hopsack and Finn has a good balance of both. Finn was lovely to deal with and really knows his stuff.
