We chose The Jar for our event, and it was absolutely the right choice. The private space looked fantastic, the atmosphere was spot on, and the staff were incredibly attentive. A special thanks to Thelma for showing us around and helping us pick the perfect space for our event. We’d definitely recommend it!

We stopped by The Jar with the kids, tempted by their wood-fired pizzas — and to be fair, they were really good, even if the choice was quite limited. However, the dessert experience was a real letdown. It tasted more like something bought in a shop and simply baked, and definitely didn’t justify the price.
The biggest surprise? It’s the first place we’ve ever been to that doesn’t serve coffee! Having desserts on the menu, we naturally expected to enjoy them with a cup of coffee, not a glass of water.
The interior is stylish and clearly reflects its main identity — a cocktail bar. The music, atmosphere, and overall vibe are made for young people enjoying a night out rather than families.
So, while pizzas are worth a try, I wouldn’t recommend The Jar as a family-friendly dining spot.

Nice place with a good selection of beers. Pizza was good, garlic bread was amazing. Pity about the poor service and lack of engagement from staff, it really lets the place down. Waited over 25 mins for food, had already finished our drinks and not once during those 25 mins did a staff member even look in our direction. Not once during the entire night were we approached by staff after ordering food, which I find a bit strange. I also had to go to the bar to get more drinks, not a huge deal but this is a bit frustrating when table service is initially offered.

We are frequent visitors for their Wednesday and Sunday offer ! Pizzas are nice : if you like thin crust (which I do) as well as the cocktails . They have lots of seating upstairs .

I'd never have imagined how big and cool is this place only looking from outside. The area is really nice and the whole booking process happened smoothly. Definitely recommend The Jar for a casual night experience or big celebrations. Thelma Carroll helped me with all my questions and details, and me and my guests were truly well treated and served by the Brazilian waiter Daniel. I had a really good night there!

The Jar surprised me. We reserved a spot for 9 people on the second floor with an open patio. Daniel served us extremely well, and he waited on us all night. We were made comfortable, and we loved the drinks. I recommend it for noisy groups like us, haha.
