The Library Bar in Dublin

Fitzpatricks Castle is located close to Killiney Village with the village of Dalkey nearby. Lots to do including scenic walks on Killiney Hill and a short distance from the Vico Road overlooking the coast and Killiney beach. Well worth a visit

Fitzpatrick Castle Hotel was a lifesaver as we were so exhausted from our red eye flight into Ireland for New Jersey, USA and got to the hotel early like 11am. They were still able to find us a room and it was 🤩 amazing- the service was expedient and timely. It’s a short walking distance to downtown Dalkey which is an adorable little town right outside dublin. And we also walked to Killiney Hill was had intense vistas of the entire city and nearby bay looking out to the Irish Sea! We ate at the Arlington Hotel as part so the Celtic Nights show and dinner and the food was great; I ordered the prawn salad and ☘️ Lamb Stew - yum! We only stayed a night but would’ve loved to stay longer if possible. We traveled with our 2 kids ages 8 and 11 and at the bottom of the hill there was a spectacular old-fashioned playground! We didn’t get to try the pool but it looked very nice and you need a swimming cap in order to swim in the pool.

We have taken the kids recently to Portugal, Spain, Paris and London, but this is the one. Great family room, excellent service and food. Just outstanding.

Brought our girls for afternoon tea which was fabulous. Nina and Andrea were so friendly and helpful. We surprised the girls and stayed for one night, room was gorgeous and clean, pool was lovely and warm and the leisure centre staff were also very helpful. Breakfast was fab something for everyone. Would definitely return.

Beautiful hotel with a great history

Our stay was too short to fully enjoy the house, but we were able to gain a wonderful impression. We were allowed to stay overnight in the old part and our luggage was carried up and down. We were given a breakfast to go because we had to leave the house at 4 a.m. A very nicely located house, with very nice nostalgic but all modern amenities.

We stayed a few days in this lovely hotel. Fantastic location, super good food and extremely friendly staff! Chris and his team have taken very good care of us! I would definitely recommend

Was here for afternoon tea and was definitely one of the best we've had. 5 star service, Nina who served us was so lovely and accommodating :)
