This place has the feel of a local. It’s quite clear that a lot of locals drink there. We met up last Friday for a couple of drinks around 4 pm in the afternoon. Friendly barmen and decent pint of Guinness.

The Pub is family and old.The staff was very friendly and helpful with me and my boyfriend. We enjoyed wine and beer together. I love the location because is close the my ex Atlas School and Porto Bello and Rathmines. The price is well.

Great night in the Lower Deck. Karaoke 🎤 was on fire. Enjoyed a number oc fabulous pints of guiness. The service was great.Thanks to everyone at Lower Deck.🙂

Lower deck is our local, absolutely love the low key vibes and a gorgeous pint. They started doing breakfast at 9am on the weekend, and it was stunning! Highly recommend.

We attended ATLAS School for a week and went to the pub for lunch, coffee, beers (we´re all teachers, thus allowed to drink beer) - such a lovely place to have a good time between and after lessons! The atmosphere is totally relaxed, food and drinks delicious and delivered instantly, staff very welcoming - shame we had to go home, this place will be remembered and missed!

25/03/2026: Paid nearly €30 for two drinks at the bar. The drinks were really nice and the barman was friendly. However, I was surprised to be prompted for a tip when paying. There was no table service, we ordered and collected the drinks ourselves, so I’m not entirely sure what the tip would have been for. Tipping should reflect extra service, not just standard bar service. The expectation to tip on top of high prices is off-putting.
19/03/2026: A little late but we spent New years Eve here and service from Cyntia was amazing!! We had such a great night! Drinks menu was different to the previous time we visited a few weeks previous which i loved, its nice to see venues adapting to seasonality accross all menus, and the only food we had was the complimentary popcorn but that was also delicious :)
