The Manhattan in Dublin

I heard they got a new Heating system, But the don't know how to use the switch, I call it the Ice Box, even in Summer time it can be cold, But it seems to be the same in a lot of pubs lately, they seem to be allergic to switching on the heating, I won't name the rest of them, my other locals... The Manhattan, have the cheapest Pint up until 12.30 even day, €5, you couldn't go wrong 👍
